・こちらの商品は新品のため、最初は遊び毛といった綿埃のような毛がたくさん出ます。
日常生活で掃除機をおかけいただくうちに、少しずつ落ち着いてきます。
・配送の際、折りじわがつく場合がありますが、お使いいただくうちに目立たなくなります。
・天然素材を使った手織りのラグのため、植物の繊維や他の色が混ざっています。
植物の繊維が混ざっている部分は、少し固い手触りになっています。
検品の際に、除去できるものは取り除いておりますが、手作業の為、多少取り残しがある場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
気になる箇所がございましたら、ピンセットで優しく引き抜いていただくと、ラグを傷めずに取り除いていただけます。

Please Note
• As this rug is brand new, it may shed loose fibers (similar to lint) at first. With regular vacuuming during daily use, shedding will gradually decrease.
• Creases may appear during shipping due to folding. These will naturally fade with use.
• This is a handwoven rug made from natural materials. Plant fibers and other colored threads may be woven into the rug. Areas containing plant fibers may feel slightly firmer to the touch.
• While removable fibers are carefully inspected and taken out, due to the handmade nature of the product, small remnants may remain. If you notice any, you may gently remove them with tweezers without damaging the rug.
